Tomato slices with cashew cheese cubes

Ingredients for 1 portion: 1 average tomato, 50 g creamy cashew cheese, 2 pinches pepper, 2 pinches dried basil.

Preparation time: 5 min

How to prepare the recipe: slice the tomato horizontally and keep 3 slices besides the top and the bottom. Slice the cashew cheese in cubes. Place the tomato slices on a small plate. Decorate the tomato slices with cashew cheese cubes. Sprinkle pepper and dried basil over the cashew cheese cubes. Enjoy!


Felii de rosii cu cuburi de branza din caju

Ingrediente pentru 1 portie: o rosie medie, 50g branza caju cremoasa, 2 prafuri piper, 2 prafuri busuioc uscat.

Timp de preparare: 5 min

Cum prepari reteta: feliezi rosia orizontal si pastrezi 3 felii in afara de partea superioara si partea inferioara. Feliezi branza de caju in cuburi. Asezi feliile de rosii pe o farfurie mica. Decorezi feliile de rosii cu cuburile de branza de caju peste care presari piper si busuioc uscat. Pofta buna!
