Imi face placere sa va prezint 20 retete dulci raw: tarte, budinci si cupe de portocala decorate cu creme. Pentru aceste retete, am folosit fructe, cereale, seminte, nuci, menta si busuioc. In primul rand preparatele sunt sanatoase si gustoase, dar in plus au un design atractiv care va va invita sa le gustati.
 
Ce e avantajos este ca fiecare reteta dureaza 5-10 min, ceea ce este tocmai potrivit in conditiile in care fiecare persoana are un program incarcat in aceste zile. Va incurajez sa va cumparati ustensile speciale de bucatarie care sa va ajute sa creati aceste design-uri speciale: forme de inox circulare si in forma dreptunghiulara, seringi pentru decorat etc. 
 
In comparatie cu cele mai multe dulciuri din comert, dulciurile raw create acasa va ofera un gust pur neafectat de coloranti, concentranti etc. De asemenea, dulciurile raw sunt bune pentru sanatatea voastra, oferindu-va energie si invatand corpul inconstient sa ceara mai putin zahar, mai putina cafea si mai putine mancaruri gatite intens.
