Cartofi fierti cu ciuperci shimeji
Ingrediente pentru 1 portie: 2 cartofi medii, un manunchi ciuperci shimeji (150g), 12 linguri ulei, 4 prafuri sare, 2 prafuri piper, 2 prafuri cimbru uscat, 3 rosii cherry, putin mix de germeni pentru decor.
Cum prepari reteta: tai cartofii in cuburi si ii fiebi in apa cu 2 linguri ulei si 2 prafuri sare 20 min. Feliezi manunchiul de ciuperci shimeji si le prajesti 3 min intr-o tigaie in 10 linguri ulei, 2 prafuri sare, 2 prafuri piper si 2 prafuri cimbru uscat. In cele 3 min, intorci ciupercile pe ambele parti sa se prajeasca uniform. Pe o farfurie medie, asezi cuburile de cartofi, chiupercile shimeji si feliile de rosii cherry. Decorezi farfuria cu mix de germeni. Pofta buna!
Boiled potatoes with shimeji mushrooms
Ingredients for one serving: 2 average potatoes, 1 bunch shimeji mushrooms (150g), 3 cherry tomatoes, a little sprouts mix for decoration, 12 Tsp oil, 4 pinches salt, 2 pinches pepper, 2 pinches dried savory.
How to prepare the recipe: slice the potatoes in cubes and boil them for 20 min in water with 2 Tsp oil and 2 pinches salt. Slice the shimeji mushrooms and fry them for 3 min in a pan with 10 Tsp oil, 2 pinches salt, 2 pinches pepper and 2 pinches dried savory. Turn the mushrooms on both sides. On an average plate, place the potato cubes, the shimeji mushrooms and the cherry tomato slices. Decorate the plate with sprouts. Enjoy!
