
Tarta de orez cu vinete
Ingrediente pentru 2 portii: 10 rosii cherry, 1/2 vanata medie, 50g orez, 4 linguri ulei, 4 prafuri sare, 4 prafuri piper, 4 prafuri ghimbir uscat, 4 ridichii rosii, putin patrunjel.
Timp de preparare: 30 min
Cum prepari reteta: feliezi rosiile cherry in doua si le asezi intr-o tigaie cu ulei incins. Feliezi jumatatea de vanata, apoi feliezi fiecare felie in patru. Adaugi vinetele in tigaie, apoi adaugi condimentele. Amesteci si tii pe foc 3-5 min, amestecand din cand in cand. Adaugi orezul si apa de 3 ori cat volumul orezului, pentru ca orezul se va expanda. Amesteci si tii pe foc mic 20 min, amestecand din cand in cand. Lasi orezul sa se raceasca 5 min. Pe 2 farfurii, creezi 2 tarte de orez cu o forma de bucatarie din inox. Decorezi fiecare farfurie cu patrunjel si felii de ridiche rosie. Pofta buna!
Rice tart with eggplant
Ingredients for 2 tarts: 10 cherry tomatoes, half of an eggplant, 50g rice, 4 pinches salt, 4 pinches pepper, 4 pinches dried savory, 4 Tsp oil, a little parsley, 4 red radishes.
