
Tarta de orez cu mazare
Ingrediente pentru 4 tarte: 100g orez, 100g mazare congelata, 2 linguri ulei, 4 prafuri sare, 4 prafuri piper, 4 prafuri cimbru uscat, 4 prafuri zahar cocos, 4 prafuri turmeric, 4 linguri fulgi ceapa uscata, 1 rosie cherry, putin patrunjel.
Timp de preparare: 30 min
Cum prepari reteta: pui orezul intr-o cratita cu apa fiarta, apa fiind de 3 ori mai multa in volum decat orezul, pentru ca orezul se va expanda. Adaugi ulei si condimente. Amesteci si fierbi pe foc mic 15 min. Apoi adaugi mazarea si mai fierbi 5 min. Lasi orezul sa se raceasca 5 min. Pe 4 farfurii medii, formezi 4 tarte de orez cu o forma de bucatarie. Decorezi tartele si farfuriile cu felii de rosii cherry si patrunjel. Pofta buna!
Rice and peas tart
Ingredients for 4 tarts: 100g rice, 100g frozen peas, 2 Tsp oil, 4 pinches salt, 4 pinches pepper, 4 pinches dried savory, 4 pinches coconut sugar, 4 turmeric pinches, 4 Tsp dried onion flakes, 1 cherry tomato, a little parsley
Preparation time: 30 min
How to prepare the recipe: place the rice in a pot with heated water, the water being three times larger in volume than the rice, as the rice will expand. Add oil and spices and mix. Boil for 15 min on a small fire. After that, add the peas and boil for 5 more min. Mix and let the rice cool for 5 min. On 4 average plates, create 4 tarts with a kitchen shaper.
