Tarta de cus-cus cu rulouri de dovlecel prajit

Ingrediente pentru o portie: 2 maini cus-cus, 2 lingurite rosii uscate maruntite cu busuioc si usturoi, 10 linguri ulei, 1 rosie cherry, 2 frunze patrunjel, 1 dovlecel mic, 4 prafuri sare, 2 prafuri cimbru uscat, 2 prafuri chimen.

Cum prepari reteta: fierbi cuscus-ul 5 min in apa cu 2 lingurite rosii uscate, 2 prafuri sare si 1 lingura ulei. Apoi lasi cuscus-ul sa se raceasca 5-10 min. Tai capetele dovlecelului si il feliezi in felii subtiri pe care le prajesti in tigaie in ulei incins 3-4 min pe fiecare parte. Presari 2 prafuri sare, 2 prafuri cimbru si 2 prafuri chimen peste dovlecel in timp ce il prajesti in tigaie. Iei feliile de dovlecel din tigaie si le asezi 5 min pe o farfurie acoperita cu un servetel care sa absoarba uleiul.

Pe o farfurie, dai cuscus-ului o forma rotunda cu o forma de inox si decorezi tarta de cuscus cu 2 felii de rosie cherry si frunze de patrunjel. Faci rulouri din dovlecel in care infingi cate 2 scobitori lateral pana ce forma de rulou se fixeaza, apoi scoti scobitorile. Decorezi farfuria cu rulouri de dovlecel. Pofta buna!


Couscous tart with fried marrow rolls

Ingredients for 1 portion: 2 handfuls couscous, 2 tsp chopped dried tomatoes with garlic and basil, 10 Tsp oil, 1 cherry tomato, 2 parsley leaves, 1 small marrow, 4 salt pinches, 2 dried savory pinches, 2 cumin pinches.

How to prepare the recipe: boil the couscous in water with 1 Tsp oil, 2 salt pinches and dried tomatoes. Let the couscous cool for 5-10 min. Slice the marrow ends and slice it in thin slices. Fry the marrow slices in hot oil 3-4 min on each side. Sprinkle 2 salt pinches, 2 savory pinches and 2 cumin pinches over the marrow as you fry it. Place the marrow slices on a plate covered with a napkin for 5 min to absorb the oil. Roll each slice of marrow and fix it with 2 toothpicks laterally for 5 min until the rolls have a firm shape, then remove the toothpicks. Give the couscous a round shape with a stainless steel shaper on a plate. Decorate the couscous tart with 2 cherry tomato slices and 2 parsley leaves. Decorate the plate with marrow rolls. Enjoy!
