
Tarta cu naut si mazare
Ingrediente pentru 2 portii (4 tarte): 100g naut macinat, 100g mazare congelata, 4 prafuri sare, 4 prafuri turmeric, 4 prafuri boia dulce, 1 ceapa medie, 1 ardei capia rosu si putin patrunjel.
Timp de preparare: 30 min
Cum prepari reteta: intr-o tigaie medie, asezi nautul, mazarea si condimentele. Amesteci si adaugi apa cat sa acopere nautul. Tai ceapa felii subtiri si adaugi feliile de ceapa peste naut. Pui in cuptorul incins si tii la cuptor 30 min. Lasi nautul sa se raceasca 5 min. Tai nautul in 4 felii si asezi feliile de naut pe farfurii. Decorezi farfuriile cu felii de capia si patrunjel. Pofta buna!
Chickpeas and peas tart
Ingredients for 2 portions (4 tarts): 100g chickpeas, 100g frozen peas, 4 pinches salt, 4 pinches turmeric, 4 pinches sweet paprika, 1 average onion, 1 pointed red pepper, a little parsley
Preparation time: 30 min
How to prepare the recipe. Place the grounded chickpeas, the peas and the spices in a medium tray. Mix and add water to cover the chickpeas. Slice the onion in thin slices. Place the onion slices over the chickpeas. Place the tray in a pre-heated oven and bake for 30 min. Let the chickpeas tart cool for 5 min. Slice the chickpeas tart in 4. Place the tarts on plates and decorate the plates with pepper slices and parsley. Enjoy!
