
Tarta cu cuscus si linte galbena
Ingrediente pentru 4 tarte: 2 cepe rosii medii, 2 pumni linte galbena (100g), 2 pumni cuscus (100g), 4 prafuri sare, 4 prafuri busuioc uscat, 4 prafuri zahar cocos, 4 prafuri turmeric, 4 prafuri boia dulce, 4 linguri ulei masline, 4 rosii cherry, putin leustean pentru decor.
Timp de preparare: 25 min
Cum preprari reteta: toci ceapa si o calesti 3 min intr-o tigaie cu ulei incins unde ai pus si condimentele. Adaugi lintea si apa de doua ori mai mare in volum decat lintea si fierbi 15 min. Adaugi cuscus-ul, amesteci si mai fierbi 5 min. Lasi cuscus-ul sa se raceasca 5 min. Pe 4 farfurii medii, formezi 4 tarte de cuscus. Decorezi tartele si farfuriile cu felii de rosii cherry si frunze de leustean. Pofta buna!
Couscous and yellow lentils tart
Ingredients for 4 tarts: 2 handfuls couscous (100g), 2 handfuls yellow lentils (100g), 2 average red onions, 4 Tsp olive oil, 4 pinches salt, 4 pinches dried basil, 4 pinches coconut sugar, 4 pinches turmeric, 4 cherry tomatoes, a little lovage for decoration
Preparation time: 25 min
How to prepare the recipe: chop the 2 onions and saute them for 3 min in a pan with heated oil where you also added the spices. Add the lentils and water twice in volume as compared to the lentils. Mix and boil on a small fire for 15 min. Add the couscous, mix and boil for 5 more minutes on a small fire. Let the couscous cool for 5 min. On 4 average plates, create 4 tarts with a stainless steel shaper. Decorate the tarts and the plates with cherry tomato slices and lovage. Enjoy!
