Rice tart with yellow pepper

Ingredients for 2 tarts: 100g rice, 50g frozen vegetables (cubes), 1 medium onion, 4 Tsp oil, 2 pinches salt, 2 pinches pepper, 2 pinches ground cumin, 2 small yellow peppers.

Preparation time: 40 min

How to prepare the recipe: slice the onion and add it in a pan with heated oil. Add salt, pepper, cumin and mix. Saute the onion for 5 min, stirring from time to time.

Add the rice, the frozen vegetables and water 2 times the height of the rice.

Mix and boil for 20 min on a small fire, stirring from time to time.

Let the rice cool for 10 min.
