
Potato and carrot soup
Ingredients for 2 portions: 4 medium potatoes, 2 medium onions, 2 medium carrots, 4 tsp tomato sauce, 6 Tsp oil, a little fresh dill for savour and decoration, 4 pinches salt, 2 pinches pepper, 2 pinches garlic.
Preparation time: 30 min
How to prepare the dish: slice the onions and the carrots and put them in a pan with 6 Tsp of heated oil. Add the salt, pepper and garlic and let the onion fry for 5 min over a medium fire, stirring from time to time. Slice the potatoes in cubes and add them in the pan and cover everything with water. Add the tomato sauce and mix. Let the potatoes boil over medium fire for 20 min. Serve on 2 plates and sprinkle chopped dill over the plates.
