Mushroom masala with round expanded wheat crackers

Ingredients for one portion: 8 average mushrooms, 1 big onion, 1 red pepper, 3-4 round expanded wheat crackers, 6 Tsp oil, 1 tsp coconut milk, 1/2 tsp lemon juice, 2 pinches salt, 2 pinches paprika, 2 pinches ground garlic, 2 pinches ground cumin, 2 pinches turmeric.

Preparation time: 8 min

How to prepare the dish:

Chop the onion and put it in a pan with heated oil.

Chop the red pepper and put it in the pan alongside the onion and mix.

Add the spices and mix.

Leave the pan on fire for 3 min, mixing from time to time.

Chop the mushrooms, add them in the pan and mix. Leave the mushrooms for 3 mins in the pan, mixing from time to time.

Add 1 tsp coconut milk, mix and let the pan on fire for 1 more min.

Serve on a large plate with expanded wheat crackers. Sprinkle a little lemon juice over the masala.

Masala de ciuperci cu rondele de grau expandat

Ingrediente pentru 1 portie: 8 ciuperci medii, 1 ceapa mare, 1 ardei rosu, 6 linguri ulei, 1 lingurita lapte cocos, 1/2 lingurita suc lamaie, 2 prafuri sare, 2 prafuri usturoi macinat, 2 prafuri chimion, 2 prafuri turmeric, 2 prafuri paprika, 3-4 rondele de grau expandat.

Timp de preparare: 8 min

Cum prepari:

Toci ceapa si o pui intr-o tigaie cu ulei incins.

Toci ardeiul rosu, il pui in tigaie si amesteci.

Adaugi condimentele si amesteci.

Tii tigaia pe foc 3 min amestecand din cand in cand.

Feliezi ciupercile in cubulete si le adaugi in tigaie, apoi amesteci.

Tii tigaia pe foc 3 min, amestecand din cand in cand.

Pui o lingurita de lapte de cocos in tigaie si amesteci. Mai lasi tigaia pe foc 1 min.

Servesti masala de ciuperci pe o farfurie mare. Stropesti masala cu putin suc de lamaie. Decorezi masala cu rondele de grau expandat.
