Fried eggplant with pepper
Ingredients for 1 portion: 1 medium eggplant, 2 pinches salt, 2 pinches pepper, 2 pinches ground garlic, 4 leaves baby spinach, 4 cherry tomatoes, 6 Tsp olive oil.
Preparation time: 10 min
How to prepare the dish: slice the eggplant and place it in hot oil in a pan. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and ground garlic. After 3 min, turn the eggplant slices on the other side and fry for other 3 min. Remove the eggplant slices from the pan and place them on a plate. Decorate the plate with 4 baby spinach leaves and the cherry tomatoes, each split in two. Enjoy!
Vinete prajite cu piper
Ingrediente pentru o portie: 1 vanata medie, 2 prafuri sare, 2 prafuri piper, 2 prafuri usturoi macinat, 4 frunze baby spanac, 4 rosii cherry, 6 linguri ulei de masline.
Timp de preparare: 10 min
Cum prepari reteta: feliezi vanata si o asezi intr-o tigaie cu ulei incins. Presari sare, piper si usturoi granulat. Dupa 3 min intorci feliile de vanata pe cealalta parte si prajesti din nou 3 min. Asezi feliile de vanata pe o farfurie si decorezi farfuria cu 4 frunze de spanac baby si rosii cherry taiate in doua. Pofta buna!
