
Ciuperci cu cuscus
Ingrediente pentru 1 portie (4 ciuperci): 4 ciuperci medii, 1 ceapa medie, 1 mana cuscus, 4 linguri ulei, 2 prafuri sare, 2 prafuri zahar cocos, 2 prafuri turmeric, 2 prafuri boia dulce, 2 prafuri cimbru uscat, 2 felii ardei rosu.
Timp de preparare: 30 min
Cum prepari reteta: Indepartezi coditele de la ciuperci si pui ciupercile in cuptorul preincins 20 min. Lasi ciupercile sa se raceasca 5 min. In paralel, toci ceapa si o asezi intr-o tigaie cu ulei incins. Adaugi sare, zahar, turmeric, boia si cimbru. Amesteci si sotezi 3-4 min. Adaugi cuscus-ul si 1 cana apa. Amesteci si tii pe foc mic 5 min, amestecand din cand in cand. Lasi cuscus-ul sa se raceasca 5 min. Asezi ciupercile pe o farfurie medie cu deschizatura in sus si le decorezi cu cuscus. Tai feliile de ardei rosu in patratele si decorezi ciupercile si farfuria cu patratele de ardei rosu. Pofta buna!
Mushrooms with couscous
Ingredients for 1 portion: 4 average mushrooms, 1 handful couscous, 2 slices red pepper, 4 Tsp oil, 2 pinches salt, 2 pinches coconut sugar, 2 pinches turmeric, 2 pinches sweet paprika, 2 pinches dried savory.
Preparation time: 30 min
How to prepare the recipe: remove the mushrooms` stems and place them in the preheated oven for 20 min. Let the mushrooms cool for 5 min. In parallel, chop the onion and place it in a pan with heated oil. Add salt, sugar, turmeric, paprika and savory. Mix and saute for 3-4 min on a small fire, stirring from time to time. Add the couscous and the water, mix and boil for 5 min stirring from time to time. Let the couscous cool for 5 min. Place the mushrooms on an average plate with the opening up. Decorate the mushrooms with couscous. Slice the pepper slices in squares. Decorate the mushrooms and the plate with pepper squares. Enjoy!
