
Chiftele cu ardei alb
Ingrediente pentru 1 portie (4 chiftele): 2 ardei grasi albi, 1 ceapa mare, 2 maini alune, putin marar, 8 linguri pesmet, 2 prafuri sare, 2 prafuri usturoi granulat, 4 ridichii rosii, 8 linguri ulei.
Timp de preparare: 15 min
Cum prepari reteta: toci ardeiul si ceapa marunt. Asezi ardeiul, ceapa si condimentele intr-o tigaie cu ulei incins si le sotezi 4-5 min, amestecand din cand in cand. Iei ardeiul sin ceapa din tigaie si le asezi pe o farfurie unde le lasi sa se raceasca 5 min. Macini alunele intr-un robot de bucatarie impreuna cu 1 ceasca de apa. Adaugi paste de alune, pesmetul si mararul tocat peste legumele sotate. Amesteci si formezi chiftelutele. Asezi chiftelutele pe 1 farfurie si decorezi farfuria cu felii de ridichii. Pofta buna!
White pepper fritters
Ingredients for 1 portion (4 fritters): 2 white bell peppers, 1 large onion, 2 pinches salt, 2 pinches ground garlic, 8 Tsp breadcrumbs, 8 Tsp oil, 2 handfuls peanuts.
Preparation time: 15 min
How to prepare the recipe: chop the pepper and the onion. Place the pepper, the onion and the spices in a pan with heated oil and saute the vegetables for 4-5 min, stirring from time to time. Remove the vegetables from the pan and place them on a plate and let them cool for 5 min. Ground the peanuts in a kitchen robot together with 1 cup of water. Add the peanut paste, the breadcrumbs and the chopped dill to the vegetables and mix. Shape the mixture in 4 fritters. Place the fritters on a plate and decorate the plate with radish slices. Enjoy!
