
Bulgur with forest fruit
Ingredients for 1 portion: 50g bulgur, 4 tsp black cherry jam, a small mix of forest fruit for decorating.
Preparation time 30 min
How to prepare the recipe: boil the bulgur for 15 min over a small fire. Strain the bulgur and let it cool for 10 min. Place 25g bulgur in a small glass bowl.
Add 2 tsp black cherry jam over the bulgur.
Add the other 25g bulgur in the glass bowl.
Decorate the bulgur with 2 tsp jam and forest fruit.
