Beans dish with sweet potato
Ingredients for 2 portions: 125g beans, 1 large sweet potato, 1 large onion, 7 Tsp oil, 1Tsp lime juice, 2 Tsp tomato sauce, 2 Tsp water, 2 pinches salt, 2 pinches pepper, 2 pinches chili, 2 pinches driend savory, 1 lettuce.
Preparation time: 15 min
How to prepare it: put 6 Tsp oil in a pan over a small fire. Chop the onion and add it in the pan. Let it fry for 2 min, stirring from time to time. Meanwhile slice the sweet potato in cubes and add it in the pan. Add salt, pepper, chili and savory. Mix and let it fry for 5 min, stirring from time to time. Add 2 Tsp tomato sauce, 2 Tsp water, the beans and mix. Leave the dish on fire for 5 min, stirring from time to time. Serve the beans dish on 2 large plates. Chop the lettuce, sprinkle it with 1Tsp oil and 1Tsp lime juice and add it to the 2 plates. Enjoy!
Mancare de fasole cu cartof dulce
Ingrediente pentru 2 portii: 125g fasole, 1 cartof dulce mare, 1 ceapa mare, 7 linguri ulei, 1 lingura suc lime, 2 linguri sos rosii, 2 linguri apa, 2 prafuri sare, 2 prafuri piper, 2 prafuri chili, 2 prafuri cimbru macinat, 1 legatura salata.
Timp de preparare: 15 min
Cum prepari: pui 6 linguri ulei intr-o tigaie pe foc mic. Toci ceapa si o pui in tigaie pentru 2 min, amestecand din cand in cand. Intre timp, felieze cartoful dulce in cuburi si il adaugi in tigaie. Adaugi sare, piper, chili, cimbru, amesteci si lasi pe foc 5 minute, amestecand din cand in cand. Adaugi 2 linguri sos rosii, 2 linguri apa, boabele de fasole si amesteci. Tii pe foc 5 min, amestecand din cand in cand. Servesti mancarea de fasole pe 2 farfurii mari. Feliezi salata, o stropesti cu 1 lingura ulei si 1 lingura lime si o asezi in cele 2 farfurii. Pofta buna!
