Baked rice with cherry tomatoes
Ingredients for 2 portions: 250g rice, 10 cherry tomatoes, 4 Tsp pickled vegetable mix, 1 tsp oil, 4 pinches salt.
Preparation time: 25 min
How to prepare the dish: add the rice in a oven tray. Add 1 tsp oil, salt and 4 Tsp pickled vegetable mix.
Slice each cherry tomato in 4 and add the cherry tomatoes in the tray. Add water twice the height of the rice.
Mix all ingredients and keep the rice in the oven for 20 min at 200 degrees Celsius. Let the rice cool for 10 min, then serve it on 2 plates.
