Baked rice with cherry tomatoes
Ingredients for 2 portions: 250g rice, 10 cherry tomatoes, 4 Tsp pickled vegetable mix, 1 tsp oil, 4 pinches salt.
Preparation time: 25 min
How to prepare the dish: add the rice in a oven tray. Add 1 tsp oil, salt and 4 Tsp pickled vegetable mix.
Slice each cherry tomato in 4 and add the cherry tomatoes in the tray. Add water twice the height of the rice.
Mix all ingredients and keep the rice in the oven for 20 min at 200 degrees Celsius. Let the rice cool for 10 min, then serve it on 2 plates.

Orez la cuptor cu rosii cherry
Ingrediente pentru 2 portii: 250g orez, 4 linguri mix de legume murate, 10 rosii cherry, 1 lingurita ulei, 4 prafuri sare.
Timp de preparare: 25 min
Cum prepari reteta: pui orezul intr-o tava de cuptor. Adaugi 1 lingurita ulei, 4 linguri mix legume murate si 4 prafuri sare.
Feliezi fiecare rosie cherry in 4 si adaugi rosiile in tava.
Adaugi apa in tava de doua ori cat inaltimea orezului.
Amesteca toate ingredientele si tine orezul in cuptor 20 min la 200 grade Celsius. Scoti orezul din cuptor si il lasi 10 min sa se raceasca. Servesti orezul pe 2 farfurii.
