Pasta with cherry tomatoes and orange
Ingredients for 1 portion: 50g pasta, 12 cherry tomatoes, 2 average oranges, 2 pinches salt, 2 pinches pepper, 2 pinches dried savory, 2 pinches turmeric, 4 Tsp oil.
Preparation time: 25 min
How to prepare the recipe: boil the pasta for 20 min, then strain it. Heat 4 Tsp oil in a pan for 30 sec. Add salt, pepper, savory. After 30 sec, add the sliced cherry tomatoes, the sliced oranges and the turmeric. Saute the tomatoes for 5 min, stirring from time to time. Turn off the fire. Add the pasta and mix. Serve on a plate. Enjoy!
Paste cu rosii cherry si portocala
Ingrediente pentru o portie: 50g paste, 12 rosii cherry, 2 portocale medii, 2 prafuri sare, 2 prafuri piper, 2 prafuri cimbru uscat, 2 prafuri turmeric, 4 linguri ulei.
Timp de preparare: 25 min
Cum prepari reteta: fierbi pastele in apa pentru 20 min, apoi le scurgi. Incalzesti 4 linguri ulei intr-o tigaie 30 sec. Apoi adaugi sare, piper si cimbru. Dupa 30 sec adaugi rosiile feliate, portocalele feliate si turmeric. Amesteci si lasi pe foc 5 min, amestecand din cand in cand. Opresti focul si adaugi pastele. Amesteci si servesti pe o farfurie. Pofta buna!
