
Spaghetti with tomato sauce
Ingredients for one portion: 50g spaghetti, 2 average tomatoes, 2 pinches salt, 2 pinches pepper, 2 pinches turmeric, 4 Tsp oil, 4 pinches vegan parmesan.
Preparation time: 25 min
How to prepare the recipe: boil the pasta in water for 20 min, then strain it.
In the last 5 min of boiling the pasta, slice the tomatoes and add them in a pan with 4 Tsp heated oil. Add the spices and mix. Saute the tomatoes for 5 min, stirring from time to time.
Place the spaghetti on a plate. Add the tomato sauce over the spaghetti. Sprinkle vegan parmesan over the spaghetti.
