
Salad with pineapple and walnuts
Ingredients for one portion: 2 handfuls of baby spinach, 8 small cubes of pineapple, 4 walnuts, 2 red radishes, 8 olives, 2 Tsp corn.

How to prepare the recipe:
Wash the baby spinach and strain it.
Slice each radish in 4.
Place the baby spinach in a bowl. Add the pineapple, walnuts, olives, radishes and corn.
