
Fried sweet potato with pickles
Ingredients for one portion: 1/2 large sweet potato, 6 Tsp @lunasolai oil with savory flavour, 2 little branches of fresh parsley, 7 olives, mix of pickles for decorating the plate (cabbage, carrot, cucumber etc), 1 pinch salt, 2 pinches chili, 2 pinches pepper.
Preparation time: 15 min
How to prepare the dish: put 6 Tsp oil in a pan and let it heat for 30 sec over a small fire. Add salt, chili and pepper. Slice 1/2 sweet potato and add it in the pan. Fry the potato for 5 min, stirring from time to time. Remove the potato from the pan and place it on a medium plate. Chop the parsley and sprinkle it over the potato. Decorate the plate with olives and pickles placed around the plate. Enjoy!
