Fried sweet potato with pickles

Ingredients for one portion: 1/2 large sweet potato, 6 Tsp @lunasolai oil with savory flavour, 2 little branches of fresh parsley, 7 olives, mix of pickles for decorating the plate (cabbage, carrot, cucumber etc), 1 pinch salt, 2 pinches chili, 2 pinches pepper.

Preparation time: 15 min

How to prepare the dish: put 6 Tsp oil in a pan and let it heat for 30 sec over a small fire. Add salt, chili and pepper. Slice 1/2 sweet potato and add it in the pan. Fry the potato for 5 min, stirring from time to time. Remove the potato from the pan and place it on a medium plate. Chop the parsley and sprinkle it over the potato. Decorate the plate with olives and pickles placed around the plate. Enjoy!


Cartof dulce prajit cu muraturi

Ingrediente pentru o portie: 1/2 cartof dulce, 7 masline, 6 lingurite ulei cu savoare de cimbru @lunasolai , 2 crengute patrunjel verde, mix de muraturi pentru a decora farfuria (morcov, castravete, varza etc), 1 praf de sare, 2 prafuri piper, 2 prafuri chili.

Timp preparare: 15 min

Cum prepari reteta: pui 6 linguri ulei intr-o tigaie pe foc mic. Lasi uleiul 30 sec sa se incinga. Adaugi sare, chili si piper. Feliezi 1/2 cartof mare dulce. Adaugi cartof in tigaie. Frigi cartoful 5 min, amestecand din cand in cand. Iei cartoful de pe foc si il pui pe o farfurie medie. Toci patrunjelul si il presari peste cartof. Decorezi farfuria cu muraturi asortate si masline asezate in jurul farfuriei. Pofta buna!
