Red pepper with cashew cheese
Ingredients for one portion: 1 large red pepper, 4 slices of maturated and fermented cashew cheese with black garlic (50g), a little parsley.

How to prepare the recipe: slice the red pepper in two. Place 2 slices of cheese on each slice of pepper. Chop the parsley and sprinkle over the pepper slices. Enjoy!
